Energy bill needs a zap of bigness

"A small-bore U.S. energy law would create a few hundred thousand jobs, according to its sponsors’ highest estimates. But a serious clean energy law — one that uses the tools we know work against pollution — would create millions. Not to mention the pesky little matter of helping save our kids and grandkids from the worst effects of climate change over the next few decades."
